KLOW Blend (KPV / GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500)

KLOW · GLOW + KPV

GLOW plus the anti-inflammatory tripeptide KPV — aimed at gut, skin, and systemic recovery.

Animal models

Evidence comes primarily from rodent or other animal studies. Translation to humans is unproven.

Overview

KLOW extends the GLOW concept by adding KPV, the α-MSH-derived tripeptide with anti-inflammatory and gut-protective activity in animal models. The combined pitch is broad 'repair and calm': connective-tissue and skin support, systemic recovery, and an anti-inflammatory arm useful for gut and skin conditions. (Blend composition varies by supplier — some KLOW formulas swap or add components.)

As with the other blends, the evidence is inherited from the components and is largely preclinical. KPV adds an immune-modulating element, which is why anyone with an autoimmune condition should be cautious.

How it works

  • KPV inhibits NF-κB inflammatory signalling, with particular gut activity.
  • GHK-Cu supports collagen and skin remodelling.
  • BPC-157 and TB-500 drive angiogenesis and repair-cell migration.

What the research shows

Researched effects

  • Reduced inflammation (KPV, animal models)
  • Skin and connective-tissue support (GHK-Cu)
  • Soft-tissue and gut-lining repair (BPC/TB, animal evidence)

Limitations & what it won't do

  • Composition varies between suppliers.
  • Evidence is preclinical/animal; WADA-prohibited components.
  • Immune-modulating (KPV) — unpredictable in autoimmune disease.

Dosing protocols

These ranges reflect published trials and community protocols. They are reference information, not a prescription. Doses are per injection unless noted.

Reconstitution & measuring your dose

Handling

Typical vial sizes
80 mg
Suggested BAC water
3 mL
Storage
Refrigerate, protected from light.
After reconstitution
Reconstituted: approximately 30 days refrigerated.

Why 3 mL? An ~80 mg blend vial in 3 mL gives a blue solution (from the copper peptide). Fixed-ratio blend — dose the combined solution.

  • This dose is only 0.9 units — hard to measure accurately on a 100-unit syringe. Add more bacteriostatic water to dilute, so each dose lands on a larger, easier-to-read mark.

Side effects

Common

  • Injection-site irritation
  • Skin tightness
  • Transient fatigue

Serious / rare

  • Copper accumulation with prolonged use
  • Theoretical angiogenesis/tumour concern
  • Unpredictable immune effects in autoimmune disease

Contraindications & interactions

Do not use if you have

  • Active cancer or current oncology treatment

Angiogenic components; contraindicated during active malignancy.

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive

    No pregnancy safety data.

Use caution if you have

  • Autoimmune condition

KPV modulates immune signalling — discuss with a specialist.

  • Liver disease

Copper-carrying peptide; hepatic disease raises risk.

  • Past cancer diagnosis (in remission)

    Obtain oncology clearance.

Medication interactions

  • cautionImmunosuppressants / biologicsAdded immune modulation on top of immunosuppression is unstudied.

What to monitor

  • Signs of copper excess
  • Inflammatory/immune symptoms
  • Skin response
